We do not accept personal customization. However, we can help change the stone color or plating color of our items. Please contact us via service@sotiya.com for a special order. Thanks.

Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take 7-12 working days. After you choose the size or item amount, you can check the processing time on the product page. Once the order is prepared, it will be shipped out promptly.
